How long do I get paid for each referral?

You get paid 10% of the client's monthly retainer for the first 12 months of the engagement. That's 12 monthly payouts per referral. After month 12 the payout cycle closes for that client. But if you've sent us new clients in the meantime, those each kick off their own 12-month cycles.

How long until I actually get paid?

Once the client's first invoice clears (typically 15 to 30 days from kickoff), your first commission is processed within net-30. After that, every subsequent month follows the same cadence (same day, same amount, direct deposit or wire) until you hit month 12.

Do I have to sign a formal contract to participate?

Yes, but it's simple. A one-page partner agreement that locks in your commission rate, payment terms, and confidentiality. Most partners sign and onboard in under 24 hours.

What if the lead I send goes cold?

You're protected for 12 months from the intro date. If they don't sign within that window, the lead is released. If they sign within 12 months, even on a long evaluation cycle, you get paid.

Can I refer my own company?

No. The program is built for genuine third-party introductions. If you work at a brand that wants to hire us, just reach out directly through our growth audit page.

Is there a cap on how much I can earn?

No cap. Refer as many qualified clients as you want. Some of our top partners earn six figures annually from a handful of strategic intros each year.

What kind of brands should I refer?

Consumer brands, fintech, regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government), DTC, retail, and B2B SaaS doing at least $2M in annual revenue with a real ad spend budget. If you're unsure if a brand qualifies, just ask.
