Arbor Growth was born from a simple frustration: the people who understood platforms the best were inside the platforms, and the people hiring agencies couldn't tell the difference between real expertise and a good pitch deck.
Our founding team spent years inside Google, building the growth strategies, ad-tech infrastructure, and machine learning frameworks that power the world's largest advertising ecosystem. We understood how the platforms actually make decisions, how the auctions really work, and why most of the "best practices" agencies follow are either outdated or incomplete.
But we also saw something else: the brands spending millions on these platforms were being advised by agencies that didn't understand them at a fundamental level. They knew which buttons to push. They didn't know why those buttons existed.
Some of us went on to lead marketing departments. We sat in the client's chair. We hired agencies. We sat through the pitches, the quarterly reviews, the impressive-looking reports. And we experienced firsthand what so many marketing leaders already know:
Most agencies are great at selling. They're mediocre at executing.
The team that pitched wasn't the team that did the work. The strategy deck gathered dust after month one. The "optimization" was really just bid adjustments and budget reallocation. And when results stalled, the answer was always the same: "We need more budget."
We watched talented marketing teams get burned by agencies that talked a big game but couldn't deliver when it mattered. We watched CMOs lose credibility because their agency partner couldn't connect marketing activity to business outcomes. We watched good brands plateau because the people managing their growth didn't actually understand the systems driving it.
Arbor Growth wasn't started to build a big agency. It was started to build a good one.
One where the leaders do the work, not just the selling. Where strategy isn't a phase that ends after onboarding. Where reporting connects to the numbers that actually appear on a P&L. Where the team your brand works with came from inside the platforms, not from an entry-level recruiting pipeline.
We built Arbor Growth to be the agency we wished existed when we were on the other side of the table. The kind of partner that makes marketing leaders look like the smartest hire in the building. The kind that marketing teams actually want to keep working with. The kind that gives executive teams the confidence that marketing spend is a growth lever, not a leap of faith.
That's not a positioning statement. It's the reason we exist.
What We Believe
01
The team that wins your business should be the team that runs your business. We don't hand off to junior associates after onboarding. The strategists you meet are the ones managing your campaigns.
02
We fix tracking, attribution, and data infrastructure before we scale spend. If you can't measure it properly, spending more money just means wasting it faster. The plumbing comes first.
03
We report on the metrics your CFO and board care about, not just the ones that make dashboards look good. Revenue impact. CAC. LTV. ROAS. If it doesn't connect to the business, we don't celebrate it.
04
We build across multiple channels because concentration risk is as dangerous in marketing as it is in investing. No brand should be one algorithm update away from a bad quarter.
05
We amplify what your marketing team is building. We don't compete with them, undermine them, or go over their heads. The best results come from alignment, not politics.
06
90% of our clients stay with us. In an industry where 6-month tenures are the norm, that's the single best proof point we have. We don't lock anyone in. We earn it every quarter.
